I understand that photos and videos will be taken of RCBC (Rice Creek Boat Club) members throughout the season both at practices and competitions.  And I understand that I (or my child) may end up in one or more of these pictures or videos as either the focal point or in the background.  I give my consent for the RCBC to use my (or my child’s) photograph and likeness, to be used in its publications, promotional video/slideshow, and website.  I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs/videos or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown.  I release the RCBC from any expectation of confidentiality for the undersigned minor children and myself and attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the children listed below.
